Unlocking Creativity Through the Five Rhythms

The Five Rhythms (Five Elements) are nature’s blueprint for the creative process, which is paramount to our sense of wellbeing and worth. They show us how everything comes into being through a cycle of phases: dreams and ideas, initiation, full fruition, harvest and refinement… each phase supporting and enhancing the others.

In nature, these rhythms flow in harmony, as nature does not have a primary rhythm. But as humans, we each have a dominant rhythm… one that feels most natural to us. This makes some parts of the creative journey effortless—and other parts much more challenging. You may be great at dreaming up ideas but get stuck bringing them into form. Or you might excel at organizing and editing but struggle to begin. To be a powerful and complete creator, you need access to all these rhythms. That’s what you’ll learn in this workshop with Marjorie Fein!

The impact of emotional factors on physical conditions is now gaining increased recognition among health care professionals. If not addressed, the emotional components of an illness can obstruct healing.

Applying EFT/Tapping together with Energy Medicine techniques, can refine and accelerate the healing process. This presentation will show you how. If you are already trained in a tapping protocol, it will guide you in using tapping with EEM. If you are new to the approach, it will show you how tapping could be used and suggest resources for efficiently learning the method.

DR. DAVID FEINSTEIN, PhD is a clinical psychologist and international leader in the field of energy psychology. He has served on the faculties of The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Antioch College, and the California School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Feinstein is the author of nine books and more than 100 professional papers. With his wife, Donna Eden, he is coauthor of The Promise of Energy Psychology and the New York Times best seller The Energies of Love.

JOÃO PESTANA is a Portuguese Psychologist with a specialty in Clinical and Health Psychology. He’s an Eden Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioner (EEM-AP), a faculty member of the Eden Energy Medicine Certification Program, and a Level 1: Fundamentals Teacher (in Portuguese and English). He previously spent a decade working with cancer patients and their families and now envelops a client-centered therapeutic approach to addressing the emotional distress of his patients impacted by physical and mental illnesses.
